Scope:
The primary responsibility for this position is to set up tools for the Drill operators to be used for jobs to be drilled. This will aid in increasing efficiency in the processing of products through the Drilling department.Duties and Responsibilities:
Kitting of drill bits for Drill operators Maintain drill stock at set levels. Organize drill tools in preparation to be sent out for resharpening Perform weekly inventory to ensure tool availability Assist manufacturing in various tasks and assignmentsEssential Knowledge and Skills:
Understands, reads and writes English Good people skills to maintain a teamwork environment Understand basic math Ability to use various hand toolsCharacteristics:
Have initiative, integrity, be assertive, responsible, collaborate Computer skillsEducation and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of experience working in manufacturing environment (PCB preferred) Working days: Monday-Friday and must be able to support the department overtime needs #LI-IP1Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $41,818- $66,100 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
