Scope:
A Mechanical Drill operator operates various department equipment used to include start-up, operation, preventive maintenance and quality. Download programs to run jobs on machines. Responsible for all aspects of drilling including operate drilling equipment. Drill double-sided, Multi-layers counter bore, counter sink, and control depth drilling. Also operates machine for panel optimization and operates x-ray machine to analyze registration. Responsible for quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs.Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs Able to set up drill cassettes and remove dull bits Perform incoming inspection on new and re-sharpened drill bits Perform outgoing inspection on dull drill bits being sent out for re-sharpening Enter jobs into the manufacturing control system Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace Complete all internal departmental documentation accuratelyNote:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment a must Minimum 2 years experience with CNC drilling in the printed circuit board industry or any similar related industry skills A working knowledge of drilling equipment such as Excellon Machines and X-Ray Registration Systems such as The Pluritech is helpful Able to read and interrupt blueprints High School Diploma or equivalent preferred #LI-JS1Compensation and Benefits:

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $38,473- $60,812 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
