Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Company Overview Foothills Rare Earths LLC is advancing regolith-hosted and bedrock rare earth element (REE) systems in the southeastern United States. The company focuses on systematic target generation, drilling, and technical advancement of critical mineral projects through integrated geological, geochemical, and geophysical workflows. Position Overview We are seeking a Geological Field Technician to support active REE exploration programs in Georgia. This is a field-intensive, technically driven role requiring strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Geologists with drill core logging, sampling, and data collection Adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory protocols Support soil sampling programs Facilitate drill program logistics, including contractor supervision and internal communication Assist with sample preparation, QAQC, and shipment Ability to cut and prepare drill core for geological logging and testing

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in manual labor role Strong attention to detail with regards to data entry and sample collection Maintain a safe working environment in adherence to company procedures and protocols Work well in small groups in a fast-paced work environment Able to lift 50+ lbs. (core boxes, equipment) Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in sometimes extreme weather conditions

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass background check Ability to commute to Manchester, GA 31816 (Required)
