This position involves production drilling of blast holes using self-contained hydraulic track drills on active job sites. Requirements 1-3 years of blast hole drilling experience required Experience operating self-contained hydraulic track drills is a must Ability to perform production drilling safely and efficiently Follow all company policies and safety regulations Work effectively as part of a drilling crew Dependable, motivated, and production-oriented Valid driver's license required, pass a background check and drug test Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions Schedule Work schedule may be up to 7 days per week 8-12+ hour shifts Overtime opportunities available Compensation & Benefits Prevailing wages at $33.74/hr plus fringe benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance at no cost to the employee after 60 days Paid vacation after one year of employment Paid hotel/housing available for qualified applicants relocating or commuting from outside the Boise area If you are an experienced driller looking for a stable position with competitive pay and excellent benefits, we encourage you to apply.
