Job Summary Field Supervisor

Telecommunications (Paducah, KY) We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee telecommunications construction projects in the Paducah, KY area.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in underground telecom operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise field crews on underground conduit installation and fiber pulling Coordinate directional drilling operations Read and interpret telecommunications blueprints Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project completion

Qualifications:

Telecommunications industry experience required Experience with directional drilling and underground fiber installation Ability to read telecom plans/blueprints Strong communication and basic computer skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:
