The Drilling Helper will support drilling activities by preparing equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting operators on-site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment and tools Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from job sites Support drill operators during drilling operations and site preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools Help with measuring, marking, and preparing drilling locations Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Perform general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in different weather and terrain conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines carefully Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred Previous construction, drilling, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to work flexible hours and travel to job sites if needed Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required.
