Job Description

Wilder Wells & Pumps Full-time | Family-Owned | Full Benefits Package Job Summary Wilder Wells & Pumps is a small, family-owned business looking for a reliable, hardworking person for a long-term career. We provide essential water services and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities System Service:
Maintain and repair existing water well systems.
New Installations:
Assist with the installation of new well systems.
Driving:
Safely operate and drive water trucks to various job sites.
Drilling Support:
Assist in all aspects of water well drilling operations.
Outdoor Work:
Perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
Requirements License:
Must have a valid Class B CDL with Air Brake andTanker endorsements.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs regularly.
Availability:
Willingness to work frequent overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications Mechanical knowledge or background. Experience operating heavy machinery.

Varies based on skill level and experience.
