Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional execution of commercial and municipal water well drilling projects, including large-diameter, high-capacity wells. Key Responsibilities Operate drilling rigs and support equipment safely and efficiently Drill large-diameter, high-capacity wells Perform drilling in drift and rock formations Install PVC and steel casing systems Lead crew members and ensure safe work practices Maintain accurate documentation Overnight travel may be required depending on project location Qualifications Experience in commercial drilling preferred Ability to drill large-diameter wells Strong mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Ability to perform physically demanding work Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
