Responsibilities:

• Operate drilling equipment to bore holes for various purposes
• Perform horizontal drilling for underground utility installations
• Operate water truck to provide water supply for drilling operations
• Use loaders and backhoes to assist with excavation and material movement
• Conduct pre-drilling inspections and ensure proper setup of equipment
• Monitor drilling operations to ensure efficiency and safety
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in operating drilling equipment, specifically in horizontal drilling
• Proficiency in operating water trucks, loaders, and backhoes
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans for drilling projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and perform manual labor
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Pay is D.O.E.
• Extensive drilling experience is required
• Class A CDL is required with air brakes and tanker endorsements
• Travel required (company vehicle)
• Housing provided by employer while out of town
