Responsible for gaining and maintaining general knowledge of machines throughout the conversion area. You will be responsible for completing the required training measures (PQ&T) as they are needed. You are responsible for maintaining the appropriate process systems, 6S and production standards. As a Bosch Associate, you will be expected to maintain a positive work environment and follow the appropriate safety procedures. You must be open and willing to assist others throughout the department.

The feeding clamp beams are placed one before and one after cutting head.

Touch screen parameters provide the possibility to set material width in between the cuts (trim), to have the minimum waste as possible. A recipe menu provide the possibility to save machine setup data for each combination: shape size, master web width, material type, etc. The operator has only to recall the desired recipe to start a new machine setup.
