Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking two individuals to assist with Underground Sprinkler Installs & Service Calls, Landscaping Projects & Directional Drilling on various utility projects in Nebraska & Kansas. Must be willing / abel to travel here and there to our project In Kansas. Background in any of the 3 area's would be great but not necessary. Must be willing to learn, work long hours M-Th, pay attention to detail. We strive to maintain a safe work environment. We work Monday -Thursday with Fridays being optional. Base pay rate is $18 /HR Paid Holidays. Pay is negotiable based on any experience. Just need a couple people that will show up and work hard. Good industry. Responsibilities Assist with installation of underground sprinklers Assist or perform underground sprinkler service calls / repairs Assist with landscaping projects. Perform hand digging, backfilling holes / tamping holes. Operate directional drilling equipment to install underground utilities, including water, , and telecommunications lines. Conduct site assessments to determine the best drilling methods and techniques for each project. Collaborate with team members to ensure that all drilling operations are completed on time and within specifications. Maintain heavy equipment, including water trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition before and after use. Dig trenches and pave surfaces as needed to facilitate the installation of utilities. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Experience with underground sprinklers & landscaping preferred but not necessary. Proven experience in directional drilling or related heavy equipment operation is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery, including loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and water trucks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed based on project demands.
