$20-$22/hour (DOE) | 5:00am-4:30pm Position Overview Action Group Staffing is seeking skilled Radial Drill Operators to join a growing fabrication team. This role is responsible for accurately drilling and preparing metal components based on blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in a fabrication or machine shop environment. Job Requirements Experience operating radial drill machines or similar equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of drilling processes Ability to accurately measure and verify dimensions Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment Commitment to safety and OSHA standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Set up and operate radial drill machines for drilling metal components Accurately position and secure materials for proper drilling alignment Select appropriate drill bits, speeds, and feeds based on material Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and proper fit Operate shop equipment such as grinders and cutting tools as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines #INDT
