Job Description

Job Title:
Drillers Assistant - Geotech Job Description Join our team as a Drillers Assistant where you will support geotechnical drilling operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in various construction environments. You will have the opportunity to learn and progress towards becoming a driller. Responsibilities Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery. Assist with loading materials and fueling up for daily operations. Drive and operate vehicles requiring a CDL license. Perform labor-intensive tasks on residential construction sites. Assist the driller in various tasks, acting as their right-hand support. Communicate effectively and work as part of a team to ensure job site efficiency. Travel occasionally overnight and work in various geographic locations. Essential Skills 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation or farming. Clean driving record and ability to pass drug tests. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Mechanical skills, preferably with diesel engines. Experience with construction, welding, and operating power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in landscaping, general contracting, or concrete finishing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
