6 days per week, 12 hours per day BFC is looking for Drill Rig Operators to support us on our projects in Florida and around the United States. If you are a Drilled shaft & CFA Drilling Operator, then we want to hear from you!Requirements Supervisory Responsibilities:

Position:
- Operating BAUER drill rigs as required for site
- Assisting in setting up the rig and equipment to conditions found as well as in moving it
- Reporting rig and equipment maintenance and unanticipated field changes to the superintendent and suggest possible solutions
- Performing and documenting pre/post-shift inspections and report drilling activities
- Complying with regulatory safety regulations, code requirements and company policies
- Participating in safety meetings and documentation of equipment safety inspection audits
- Establishing and maintaining continuous positive and profitable working relationships with customers and a positive motivating work environment for the rig crew
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in operating BAUER drilling and piling rigs for Drilled Shaft and CFA projects.
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Experience required/Certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Must be able to stand and sit for 10-12 hours
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of related experience as Drill Rig Operator on construction sites preferred
