Job Description

EG Drillers, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Drilling Crew, consisting of one Drill Operator and two Helpers, to support geotechnical and environmental drilling projects. This team will work together to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drill Operator:
Operate and oversee drilling equipment in the field Lead the crew and ensure projects are completed efficiently Interpret site plans and drilling requirements Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Ensure compliance with all safety standards Drilling Helpers (2): Assist the operator with setup and breakdown of drilling equipment Handle tools, materials, and sampling equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site Support daily operations and general labor tasks Follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
Operator:
Prior drilling experience required (geotechnical/environmental preferred)
Helpers:
Entry-level candidates welcome; experience is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Willingness to travel to various job sites Strong teamwork and communication skills Valid driver's license required
