Our on-the-job guidance and safety training will advance your knowledge of water wells immensely. We want individuals that are able to cooperate with drilling crews, service crews, and/or water treatment technicians. Multiple crews assist each other in fulfilling multiple tasks per day. No experience is necessary, however, starting hourly wage is based on individual abilities, accolades and the ability to both follow and lead others successfully.
