Job Title:
Water Well Driller Job Description Join our team as a Water Well Service Technician (Skilled Laborer) in a dynamic residential service company. We are hiring for two positions: one will join the Pump Crew, handling new installations from the bottom of the well to inside the property, learning to diagnose and repair issues, performing heavy lifting, labor tasks, driving tasks, and operating specialized equipment. The other position is for a driller helper, a role requiring heavy lifting and physical labor, with opportunities to learn drill rig operation and driving requirements. Responsibilities Perform new installations from the bottom of the well to inside the property. Diagnose and repair water well issues. Perform heavy lifting and labor tasks. Drive and operate specialized equipment. Assist in drill rig operations. Engage in client-facing responsibilities. Follow directions and learn new skills. Maintain a safety-focused mindset. Essential Skills Construction experience. Heavy equipment operation. Skilled labor experience. Ability to perform heavy lifting. Outdoor work experience. Safety-focused mindset. Experience with skid steer, mini excavator, and drill rig. CDL Class A with Tanker and Air Brakes Endorsement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Drilling experience. Welding experience is a plus. Light equipment experience (Skid/Mini Ex) is a plus. Why Work Here? Meet at the office and travel to clients. Standard hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Steel-toed boots are required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Buchanan, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47840.00

  • Direct Placement Opportunity
  • 8 Paid Holidays, 40 hours sick leave, scalable PTO with rollover (40 hours year 1, 80 hours year 2, 120 hours year 5, +8 hours each year until maximum of 160 hours)
