Year Minimum Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing drywall installations by taping, mudding, sanding, and preparing walls and ceilings for painting or final finishing. This role is critical in ensuring a high-quality finished appearance on all interior projects. If you have carpentry skills that is a PLUS!!!

Key Responsibilities:

Apply tape and compound to seams in drywall panels. Sand, smooth, and finish surfaces to prepare for painting. Repair cracks, holes, or other surface imperfections. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before applying finishing materials. Follow blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a drywall finisher or similar role. Strong knowledge of drywall tools, techniques, and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on insurance restoration jobs. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
