Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Specialist

Join the team! Bulldog Design/Build LLC is an award-winning East Valley kitchen and bath remodeling contractor currently looking for Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Specialists to join our growing team. This position is up to 40 hours/week with the opportunity for growth within the company. Hours are Monday-Friday with evenings and weekends only as needed. Rate of pay will be determined based on experience, knowledge and skill. We are looking for well-rounded individuals in the home remodeling field - not candidates who are ONE trade specific.

Duties will include:

Demolition and jobsite cleanup. Reading of plans/blueprints and executing them accordingly. Detailed cabinet installation. Meticulous trim and finish work. End-of-job punch list completion. Provide outstanding customer service on jobsite. Provide support and assistance to contractor and remodeling team as directed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience

REQUIRED

in remodeling, construction or home improvement (to include rough and finish cabinetry, tile installation, drywall, etc.) - 2 years kitchen remodeling experience

REQUIRED

with a strong emphasis on cabinet installation and detailed finish work. Have an incredibly clear understanding of all aspects of remodeling and be proficient in each area. Hard worker with serious attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job. Problem solving and ability to make educated decisions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time as well be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, bending, standing on a ladder, holding materials overhead for short periods of time. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, as we service the East Valley (and neighboring communities) and each day may be on a different jobsite. Must also be insurable as you may be required to run errands or make deliveries. Candidates who submit resumes will only be considered.
