Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, from framing and drywall installation to intricate finishing work. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Perform framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and metal stud framing with precision Install fixtures such as doors, trim carpentry elements, cabinetry, and other hardware components Conduct plumbing tasks including pipe installation, fixture setup, and water damage restoration when necessary Execute flooring installation, tile laying, and airless paint spraying to achieve flawless finishes Carry out caulking, masonry work, masonry repairs, and water damage remediation to maintain structural integrity Support remodeling projects by performing carpentry repairs, drywall finishing, painting, and other handyman tasks Read and follow schematics for electrical or plumbing systems ensuring compliance with safety standards Assist in mold remediation efforts and water damage restoration projects to promote healthy environments Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety procedures Skilled in construction estimating and project planning fundamentals Extensive hands-on experience in plastering, carpentry (including trim carpentry and door hanging), masonry, and flooring installation Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for various trades within construction Knowledge of restoration industry practices including mold remediation and water damage repair Experience working with plumbing systems—installation, repair, or troubleshooting—preferred Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively Prior handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is highly advantageous Certification or training in construction painting or airless paint spraying is a plus Join us to bring craftsmanship excellence to life!
