Active B1 or B2 General Contractor License About Us We are a fast-growing Kitchen & Bath remodeling company specializing in cabinets, countertops, flooring, and bathroom materials for residential remodeling projects. We currently sell approximately 50 remodeling jobs per month and are seeking experienced Licensed General Contractors to help manage and complete residential remodel projects for our clients. Our company provides a steady pipeline of qualified projects and material sales support. We are looking for dependable, professional contractors who can deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Position Summary The Licensed General Contractor will oversee and complete residential remodeling projects including kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, flooring installation, countertop installation, demolition, framing, drywall, and related renovation work. This role requires strong project management, communication, and trade coordination skills. Responsibilities Manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope Perform site visits, measurements, and project evaluations Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations Pull permits when required and coordinate inspections Maintain clean and organized job sites Resolve project issues efficiently and professionally Review scopes of work and collaborate on project planning Requirements Active B1 or B2 General Contractor License (Required) Experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling Knowledge of cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, demolition, and finish work Must have the tools, equipment, and dump trailers needed to manage demolition and removal of cabinets, countertops, flooring, and other remodeling materials Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and customer service skills Must carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance (if applicable) Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards Preferred Qualifications Established subcontractor crews Experience working with remodeling showrooms or design centers Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a BIG plus Experience using project management or estimating software What We Offer Consistent volume of residential remodeling projects Competitive compensation Opportunity for long-term partnership and growth Supportive Marketing, Sales, and Office team Streamlined project flow and material sourcing Compensation Compensation based on experience, project scope, and production capacity.
