Top Installers earn $200,000+ per year. Your starting wage is just the beginning. What You'll Do You'll work alongside experienced installers remodeling showers, tubs, and walk-in tubs.
Your day may include:
Job site preparation, including supply runs, preparing tools and materials, and setting up dust control and floor protection. Demolition of existing wet area. Haul debris and ensure proper disposal. Execute wet area remodel, including, but not limited to building walls, set shower pans/tubs, install glass, cut panels and install them to walls, etc). Perform carpentry work, including framing and other relevant tasks. Perform plumbing work, ensuring functionality and compliance with plumbing codes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. You might be assigned to other duties as needed. What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone starting from zero. You should have a solid foundation in construction and be comfortable with several of the following: Carpentry Plumbing Framing Light Electrical Handyman Skills Drywall Soldering P-Traps Power Tools You don't need to know everything. You need to be capable, dependable, mechanically inclined, and hungry to learn.
