We are a growing restoration and flooring company looking for an experienced Drywall Installer & Texture Technician to join our team. Our projects include residential and commercial repairs following water, fire, and mold damage, as well as reconstruction and remodeling work. Responsibilities Hang, repair, tape, mud, and finish drywall. Match existing wall and ceiling textures, including orange peel, knockdown, hand texture, skip trowel, and smooth finishes. Complete drywall patches ranging from small repairs to full-room installations. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and finishing drywall to a high standard. Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized job sites. Read work orders and complete jobs efficiently and accurately. Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members. Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in drywall installation, taping, mudding, texturing, and repair within a construction environment. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and the proper use of hand tools and power tools. Experience with framing (metal or wood), trim carpentry, fixture installation, and related trades such as painting or flooring is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction sites while maintaining safety protocols. Construction experience in remodeling, restoration industry projects, or water damage restoration is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing complex schematics or technical plans. Valid experience with schematics interpretation, plastering techniques, stucco application, tile laying, or airless paint spraying is beneficial but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime as needed.
