Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our team temporarily. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, seamless walls and ceilings that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating visually appealing and structurally sound interiors for a variety of construction projects. Duties Finish drywall surfaces by applying joint compound, tape, and other finishing materials to create smooth, even walls and ceilings Sand and smooth finished surfaces to prepare for painting or other decorative treatments Install corner beads, trims, and moldings to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of drywall installations Perform repairs on water damage or mold remediation issues by restoring or replacing affected drywall sections Use hand tools and power equipment such as taping knives, sanders, and spray guns (including airless paint sprayers) efficiently and safely Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with drywall finishing or related trades such as plastering or carpentry Knowledge of restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and mold remediation Skilled in using a variety of tools for caulking, plastering, framing, masonry work, and fixture installation Prior handyman experience or general construction painting experience is a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to industry standards Must have your own tools and transportation Must have experience with level 4-5 smooth wall finishing Join us in transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship!
