We are looking for full-time Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Technician to join our SageWater traveling West Coast team! Projects currently in San Diego CA, Seattle WA, Denver CO, etc. We're growing, and we're looking for more great people to help us continue to grow!

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Technician , you will play a vital role in restoring repiped units to a clean, polished finish across various SageWater projects nationwide. You'll travel as part of one of our regional divisions - East Coast, West Coast, or Southwest - to support projects with high quality workmanship and professionalism. The Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Technician role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based in one of our regional divisions at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied apartments and condominiums Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes Install and remove dust and debris protection daily Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment in residents' homes Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents Follow safety protocols and company quality standards Maintain productive relationships with co-workers, clients, and subcontractors, and vendors (This job posting is not intended as a complete list of activities, duties, or responsibilities for this position.)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

: Proven experience in drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team Clean, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Must provide your own basic hand tools Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to travel as needed to different project locations

Salary Range:

$25 - $35 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
