Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Framer/Drywaller to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, framing, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces on commercial buildings. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise metal building erection, drywall installation, and related tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling and restoration, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety standards are maintained throughout every phase of the build. Duties Erect metal building frameworks and install structural components using schematics and blueprints Install drywall, plastering, stucco, siding, and trim carpentry to achieve smooth finishes and durable exteriors Operate power tools and hand tools safely for framing, cutting, shaping, and fastening materials Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation Manage heavy lifting tasks with appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety regulations Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing, drywalling, or related trades Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, wood framing, drywall hanging, and drywall finishing Skilled in the use of hand tools, and power tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction management practices and safety procedures on job sites Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Valid experience in remodeling or restoration projects is a plus Excellent teamwork skills combined with strong attention to detail Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
