Work includes drywall repair, tile installation, and non‑hardwood flooring installation for residential and light commercial restoration projects related to water or fire damage. This role is ideal for a skilled 1099 subcontractor with restoration experience who can work independently and deliver high‑quality finishes. Responsibilities Drywall repair and replacement, including taping, mudding, and texture matching Build‑back work following water or fire damage mitigation Tile installation (floors, walls, showers, tub surrounds, backsplashes) Flooring installation including LVP, laminate, vinyl, and carpet tile Substrate prep, minor framing, trim, and transitions as needed Match existing finishes for seamless repairs Maintain a clean and professional job site Work from provided scopes of work and meet deadlines Requirements Minimum of 3 professional contractor references required Proven experience in drywall repair, tile installation, and flooring installation (no hardwood) Restoration or insurance build‑back experience preferred Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation Ability to work throughout the Denver metro area Must carry general liability insurance Must work as a 1099 independent contractor What We Offer Steady restoration work in the Denver metro area Clear scopes of work Flexible scheduling Prompt payment Opportunity for long‑term partnership How to Apply Apply through Indeed with a brief summary of your experience, at least three contractor references, and examples or photos of your work (preferred).
