W2 Employee Overview Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Craftsman to join our growing team in the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley area. This is a full-time, W2 position offering consistent, year-round work without the stress of running your own business. Responsibilities Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks Complete work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing and electrical Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients Manage job scope and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work independently with minimal supervision Requirements Must Have Must live in the Fort Collins, Loveland, or Greeley area 5-10+ years of real paid experience Must have own set of tools Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation capable of hauling tools and small amounts of material Must have vehicle insurance Must be able to pass a criminal background check Able to work as a W2 employee Must not be dependent on constant direction Nice to Have 5+ years of experience across multiple trades Customer service and/or sales experience Photos or portfolio of previous work Benefits Paid Time Off Sales Bonuses / Performance Bonuses Travel Reimbursement Tool Allowance Growth Opportunities Consistent, year-round work Flexible scheduling Company credit card for job-related expenses Regular pay reviews and advancement opportunities
