This is a full-time, W2 position offering consistent, year-round work without the stress of running your own business. Responsibilities Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks Complete work including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing and electrical Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients Manage job scope and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work independently with minimal supervision
