Interior Renovation Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time Growth) Southerly Home Improvements is a locally owned remodeling and property services company serving the Delaware Beaches and nearby communities. We're looking for reliable, hands-on individuals who care about craftsmanship, communicate well, and want to be part of a growing business with a strong reputation for quality. This role begins as part‑time, with hours determined by project volume. As our workload expands, the right candidate will have the opportunity to move into a steady full‑time position. Role Overview Our work spans both remodeling projects and ongoing property services, so our daily tasks vary. Depending on experience your role in projects may be leading the work, or in a supporting role - there will be an expectation for some work to be completed independently. From drywall to trim, routine maintenance to demolition and jobsite prep, no matter the task, our teams focuses on quality workmanship with a customer-centric approach. Every job shares the same priority: delivering excellent service and treating each home with care and respect.
