We will provide the training, tools and materials while you bring the reliability, work ethic, and desire to deliver top-tier customer service. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks while creating a positive experience for every customer. You'll play a key role in helping us build a strong, reliable brand that homeowners trust across Northwest Florida.

Responsibilities :

Drywall repairs including patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing to high standards Assist in a variety of trades: painting and minor carpentry Engage with customers in a professional, respectful manner Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols Take pride in delivering quality work on time, every time Minimum Requirements Drywall repair experience A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the office (company vehicle provided for job sites) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor conditions Clean criminal background (no felonies related to violence, theft, or sexual offense) Why You'll Love Working With Us Growth Opportunities
