Job Description:

As a Grayton Beer Company Production Team Member, your responsibility will be to safely and efficiently carry out tasks in Packaging, Shipping/Receiving, Plant Maintenance, and any other needs that support the success of a growing brewery.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Proficient forklift operator
• Ability to learn and safely operate heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license is required and must be maintained throughout employment period.
• Ability to acquire and maintain Commercial Driver Medical Certification
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 55lbs and slide, push or roll up to 170lbs. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Arrive to work on time with a team-oriented attitude
• Follow safety protocol at all times
• Learn, understand and execute packaging operations according to Standard Operating Procedure with close attention to detail
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain workspaces, equipment, tools and materials by keeping them clean and organized
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and team members
• Complete all paperwork with 100% accuracy
• Safely operate forklift in packaging operations and shipping/receiving
• Make deliveries in box truck across our distribution footprint What we offer:
