We are a licensed Florida contractor specializing in residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, additions, full home renovations, and general residential construction. We are growing our team and looking for experienced, dependable remodeling professionals for both hourly positions and subcontractor opportunities. Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling and renovation work Work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, painting, tile, and general carpentry Read and follow project plans and instructions Maintain quality workmanship and job site professionalism Work independently or as part of a crew Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners Requirements Minimum 10 years of residential remodeling experience Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Own basic tools required for your trade Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to work in Gainesville, Lake City, and surrounding areas Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Opportunities Hourly positions: $22-$25/hour based on experience Subcontractor opportunities available for qualified crews/trades Consistent work opportunities Professional and respectful work environment Opportunity to grow with an established remodeling company Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Kitchen remodeling Bathroom remodeling Tile installation Finish carpentry Drywall and painting Flooring installation Framing and additions If you are an experienced remodeling professional looking for steady work with a reputable Florida contractor, we would like to hear from you.
