In this role, you will be responsible for working as a team in erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems. Your expertise will ensure that work environments are secure and accessible for all trades involved. We value skilled professionals who are committed to safety, precision, and teamwork. Essential Responsibilities Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems in accordance with project specifications and industry safety standards. Load, unload, transport, and organize scaffold materials and equipment. Inspect scaffold components for damage or defects prior to installation. Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Experience with masonry, roofing, siding, drywall (plastering), or woodworking is a plus Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous scaffold building, commercial construction, or industrial construction experience preferred. Willingness to travel as required for project assignments. Experience operating access equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers, is preferred. OSHA 10/30, Scaffold Builder/User, Fall Protection, or other applicable safety certifications are a plus. Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from supervisors and safety personnel.
