This is a full-time position with steady work year-round on commercial projects. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who show up ready to work, keep a clean jobsite, and finish strong. Pay & Benefits Starting at $25.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time, year-round work Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Consistent commercial project workload What You'll Be Doing Light-gauge metal framing Drywall hanging, repairs, and patching Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finishing Matching existing drywall textures Caulking and sealant work Interior painting and touch-ups Commercial repairs, renovations, and finish work Keeping work areas clean and professional Completing projects with attention to detail and quality What We're Looking For Experience with commercial framing, drywall, finishing, and painting Strong drywall finishing and texture-matching skills Appropriate tools for the trade Reliable truck capable of carrying tools and materials and towing equipment Valid driver's license Dependable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional Someone who takes pride in leaving behind clean, high-quality finished work The Right Fit We're not looking for someone who just wants to put in hours.
