Contract / Subcontractor We are seeking experienced and reliable Painting Contractors to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial painting projects and are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Complete interior and exterior painting projects according to company standards Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming as needed Protect customer property, including floors, furniture, windows, landscaping, and fixtures Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Perform drywall repairs and texture matching when required Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with customers and project managers Complete projects on schedule Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience Experience with residential and commercial painting Reliable transportation Own basic painting tools and equipment Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Workers' Compensation and General Liability Insurance preferred (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Experience with spray equipment Drywall repair and carpentry skills Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products and coatings Crew leaders and established painting crews encouraged to apply Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and project scope Consistent work opportunities Weekly pay available Opportunity for long-term partnership How to Apply Please submit: Your contact information Brief work history Photos of recent painting projects (if available) Number of crew members (if applicable) We are looking for dependable professionals who are committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
