Full-time, year-round. Palm Beach Plaster does drywall and decorative plaster on high-end homes in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. We need a finisher who shows up on time, works clean, and keeps up. We'll also train you on Venetian plaster, microcement, and tadelakt. Not many guys down here can do that work, and the ones who can get paid for it. What you'll be doing Hanging, taping, finishing, and sanding drywall to a high-end standard Prepping surfaces and substrates for specialty finish application Loading, unloading, and staging material and equipment Keeping job sites clean and protected

• we work in occupied luxury homes Training on decorative plaster systems as you prove yourself Schedule & pay $20-35/hour , based on experience and skill level Meet in Hobe Sound between 6:45-7:30 AM
• exact time varies week to week depending on where the jobs are Full-time hours What we require These are non-negotiable. • ladders, scaffolding, tight spaces, awkward angles, all day Drug-free. Pre-employment drug test required, plus random testing Punctual. If you can't be at the meet-up spot on time every morning, this won't work Clean and organized
