Full Job Description Compensation Range:

$18.04 - $27.49

Position Summary:

Hiring Salary Range:

$18.04 to $19.83 hourly depending on qualifications. Trade workers perform a variety of tasks that require technical, trade, or industry-specific knowledge.

Job Duties:

Minor indoor and outdoor painting. Repair plumbing and replace plumbing fixtures. Hang interior and exterior doors and door frames. Replace ceiling tiles. Patch and hang drywall. Order and replace broken and missing ceramic tile. Repair holes in existing walls. Replace baseboards. Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

The position requires a high school diploma or GED.
