Responsibilities Work as part of our Team to plan and execute comprehensive home renovation projects, including framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, and finishing touches. Operate power tools safely and efficiently on construction sites. Must be physically capable of performing labor intensive work. Must have your own tools and personal truck is prefered. Qualifications Skilled in using hand tools, power tools. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, air conditioning ductwork, framing and trim carpentry, tile laying, flooring installation, and glass/cabinet installation are a plus, but we will teach areas you are not already trained in. Familiarity with restoration techniques including stucco application, caulking, plastering, framing and trim carpentry. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
