Refinishing and Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Refinishing and Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring, maintaining, and enhancing the appearance and functionality of residential residences. Your expertise in surface refinishing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance will ensure our properties are kept in top condition, creating a welcoming environment for residents, clients, and visitors alike. Duties Perform surface preparation including sanding, plastering, caulking, and patching to ensure smooth finishes on walls, ceilings, and fixtures Apply paint using airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, or rollers for both interior and exterior projects Execute refinishing tasks such as staining, sealing, and finishing wood surfaces and trim carpentry Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and perform masonry or stucco work as needed for restoration projects Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently on construction sites or renovation projects Conduct maintenance activities including drywall repair, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, and general handyman services Assist with remodeling efforts by performing demolition, framing, flooring installation, and other construction-related duties Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations while maintaining a clean work environment Requirements Proven experience in construction painting—residential or commercial—and renovation projects Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring materials and areas Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, trowels, caulk guns, and; familiarity with power tools including airless sprayers is preferred Experience with plastering, stucco application, fixture installation, and restoration techniques Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic results in painting projects Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work efficiently in various environments Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to make a tangible difference through your work!
