Overview Are you a versatile and skilled craftsman eager to take on a dynamic role in renovation and construction? As an All Around Renovator, you will be the backbone of our remodeling projects, bringing a wide range of skills to transform spaces efficiently and beautifully. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality results on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your diverse talents in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Perform a variety of renovation tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and masonry to bring renovation visions to life. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively across multiple projects. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to execute detailed work plans. Conduct construction inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Assist with construction management tasks such as estimating costs, scheduling work, and coordinating with subcontractors. Install doors, trim carpentry elements, cabinetry, glass fixtures, and perform roofing or stucco repairs as needed. Support restoration efforts including concrete finishing, masonry work, welding, and hardscape installation for both interior and exterior projects. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Extensive experience with various construction trades including plumbing, electrical work, framing, roofing, drywall finishing, and flooring installation. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of construction management principles and construction site safety protocols. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely for excavation or material handling tasks. Experience in construction inspection to ensure adherence to plans and codes.
