Remodeler

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, precise installation, and efficient project execution. Your hands-on expertise will help bring renovation visions to life, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to execute remodeling projects accurately. Perform carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, door hanging, framing, and cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing, and concrete work. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Install or repair plumbing fixtures, electrical components, roofing materials, stucco finishes, and masonry elements as needed. Manage demolition, concrete forming, plastering, welding, restoration work, and heavy equipment operation to prepare sites for renovation. Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs using construction estimating techniques and ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong foundation in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related trades. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution. Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus. Knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols on job sites. Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication machinery safely. Hands-on experience with construction inspection processes to verify quality standards. Strong skills in drywall finishing, flooring installation (including tile), concrete finishing, stucco application, and glass installation. Electrical experience and plumbing skills are highly desirable for comprehensive remodeling capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
