Do you have a car ? Do you have more than 3 months of painting? Do you have basic equipment? Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation and new construction sites, utilizing your skills to contribute to beautiful, lasting results. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and repairing as needed to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, primers, sealers, and specialty coatings using hand tools and power tools such as airless sprayers and brushes Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute painting plans for both residential and commercial projects Use knowledge of color theory to select appropriate colors and finishes that meet project specifications and client preferences Perform surface preparation tasks including drywall patching, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing when necessary Install fixtures, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and perform restoration or remodeling tasks to enhance overall project outcomes Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites and properly handling tools like welders, scaffolding setups, and scaffolding safety measures Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting across residential, commercial, or industrial settings with a strong understanding of construction site safety practices Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, scrapers, sanders; proficient with power tools including airless sprayers and drills Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including plastering, stucco application, masonry work, drywall repair, and concrete finishing Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; experience with carpentry including framing and trim installation is advantageous Familiarity with renovation projects involving fixture installation or restoration work; handyman experience is beneficial Strong attention to detail with excellent color theory understanding; capable of working efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously Join us as a Construction Painter where your craftsmanship will help bring visions to life!
