In this vital role, you will be responsible for expertly finishing drywall surfaces to achieve smooth, professional-quality walls and ceilings. Your expertise will help bring construction projects to completion with precision and efficiency, ensuring a polished final product that meets high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from medical remodels to commercial builds, contributing your craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. Duties Apply joint compound, tape, and finishing techniques to drywall surfaces for seamless results Sand and smooth finished surfaces to prepare for painting or further finishing work Collaborate with carpenters, masons, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively Perform repairs related to water damage restoration, mold remediation, or general surface restoration industry standards Use hand tools and power tools such as paint rollers/brushes, airless paint sprayers and sanding equipment efficiently and safely Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on drywall finishing or related trades such as plastering or painting Hands-on experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation/finishing and painting/caulking techniques Knowledge of related skills including caulking, painting, remodeling Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards Valid experience in the restoration industry or water damage remediation is a plus Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a lively construction environment!
