Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn hands-on skills and perform work independently and as part of a team. Specialists are responsible for completing painting, wall repair, and pressure washing projects with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform painting, wall repair, and pressure washing services on residential and commercial projects Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Prepare surfaces and job sites properly before work begins Operate tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and supervisors Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Assist with project setup, cleanup, and daily job site organization Qualifications We are looking for someone with a strong desire to grow and the humility to learn.
