We are looking for individuals who: 5+ years of experience leading kitchen or bathroom remodel projects, or demonstrated ability to independently lead renovation jobs from start to finish Are enthusiastic, reliable and customer service oriented Has a sense of urgency and follows a task through completion Are quick learners Want to work with great people who have heart and soulDuties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of kitchen and bathroom renovation projects, including demolition, fixture installation, and finish work
- Install, repair, and replace water supply lines, water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets
- Read and interpret blueprints, project scopes, and permit requirements to plan layout changes for remodels
- Personally complete each phase of the renovation from start to finish, including containment and dust control, demolition, light electrical work, drywall installation and finishing, cabinet and countertop installation, tile and LVT flooring, fixture and accessory installation, and paint
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, apprentices, or subcontractors on site
- Communicate directly with homeowners regarding project timelines, changes, and expectations
- Accurately track materials, labor hours, and job progress, and update job status in company systems
- Identify and communicate change orders or additional work as projects uncover hidden issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, including proper disposal of debris and protection of customer property
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and working condition
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and complete projects according to production schedules
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work in crawlspaces or tight areas, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Requirements:
- We are a
DRUG FREE
workplace, and must be able to pass pre-employment drug/background check- No DUI's (Must have valid driver's license)
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Hands-on skills in drywall, light electrical, cabinetry, countertop, tile/LVT, and paint work
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Clean and presentable appearance
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines
