This role is essential to keeping our job sites organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The Remodel Specialist will assist with a wide range of construction-related tasks, support skilled trades, and help maintain a clean and professional job site. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys physical activity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Because our projects are client-facing, professionalism and strong interpersonal awareness are just as important as technical ability. Key Responsibilities Job Site Setup & Preparation Assist with daily job site setup and breakdown Prepare work areas to ensure projects start efficiently and safely Anticipate team needs and proactively prepare tools and materials Material Handling & Organization Receive, transport, and organize materials on-site and in the warehouse Ensure materials are properly stored, protected, and easily accessible Track and communicate material shortages or damages Site Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Manage debris removal and general site upkeep Keep job trailers, vehicles, and warehouse spaces orderly Construction Support Perform basic construction tasks including: Carpentry Painting Light framing Drywall patching Assist skilled trades by preparing work areas and materials Follow direction from project leadership to support daily progress Client Interaction Interact with clients in a professional, respectful manner Represent the company positively on job sites at all times Be mindful of client spaces, routines, and expectations Qualifications Prior construction or remodeling experience required Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials Basic understanding of construction tools and job site safety Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in client-occupied homes Core Values We hire and operate based on the following principles: Attention to Detail
