Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts, 3-Day Weekends!)

On-Site (Various Treasure Valley Job Sites) About the Role & How We Work Keeley Enterprises is hiring a Mid-Level Drywall, Texture, and Paint Tech to help us eliminate wall-finishing delays across our remodel pipeline. We are booked solid through January 2027 !

Team Concept & Cross-Training:

Wall finishing is your focus, but every member of our crew works across all remodel areas . When wall prep is complete, you will step up to assist with demolition, framing support, flooring installation, plumbing/electrical prep, or cleanup. We cross-train our entire team so everyone stays versatile, productive, and backed by steady W-2 hours.

What You'll Do Core Specialty:

Execute drywall hanging, taping, mudding, texture matching (orange peel, knockdown, skip-trowel), and interior/exterior painting.

All-Around Remodel Execution:

Work alongside the crew on all other remodel tasks to keep job site momentum moving forward without delays.

Production Speed:

Focus on efficient workflow so wall prep and general remodel phases hit estimated labor hours.

Digital Tracking:

Log daily hours, tasks, and schedules easily using Contractor Foreman .

What We're Looking For Mid-Level Experience:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in drywall mudding/finishing, texture matching, or painting.

Versatility:

Comfortable finishing walls cleanly and jumping into general remodeling tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal work vehicle, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00/hr (DOE) + regular overtime opportunities.

Tool Assistance:

We help our techs purchase their own tools after 90 days of employment! 4-

Day Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (3-day weekends every single week).
