Full-time Key Responsibilities:
Drywall Repair & Finishing Perform drywall touch-ups and repairs in new and existing homes Match existing textures and finishes to ensure seamless repairs Complete warranty repairs with a high level of quality and attention to detail Maintain clean and professional work areas throughout each project Customer Service & Communication Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and office staff Provide excellent customer service while representing KYCO Services Address homeowner concerns courteously and ensure a positive customer experience Quality & Productivity Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet company quality standards Complete assigned warranty work efficiently and accurately Maintain daily schedules and communicate project updates as needed Identify and report any additional issues requiring attention Additional Duties Assist other departments as needed Support company initiatives and maintain a safe, organized work environmentQualifications:
Experience with drywall finishing, taping, and texture matching preferred Willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred What Success Looks Like inThis Role:
