Skilled Rental Maintenance Technicians & Field Service Providers We are actively seeking experienced technicians and companies in the Chicago area and nearby suburbs to join our growing team. Work with us to maintain and enhance rental properties by delivering exceptional services across a wide range of needs. What You'll Do We provide 24/7 on-call services and handle a variety of tasks, including:

Property Inspections :

Conduct detailed inspections and generate damage reports.

Tenant Turnovers :

Prepare units for new occupants.

Appliance Installations :

Microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.

HVAC Services :

Repairs, replacements, and thermostat installations.

Plumbing Repairs :

Fix or replace fixtures, garbage disposals, water heaters, and more.

Electrical Work :

Minor repairs, fixture replacements, and outlet/switch installations.

Flooring :

Install or repair vinyl plank, hardwood, carpet, and tile.

Drywall & Painting :

Professional repairs and finishes.

Roof Repairs :

Address leaks and damage.

Fence & Gate Repairs :

Work with wood, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron.

Porch & Patio Repairs :

Replacement or restoration using various materials.

Mold Remediation :

Safely assess and address mold issues.

Pest Control :

Rodents, insects, bees/wasps, and more.

Landscaping Services :

Tree removal, lawn care, shrub trimming, etc.

Trash Removal & Cleanouts :

Keep properties clean and orderly.

Skills & Tools :

Resourceful problem-solver with essential tools (ladders, power tools, etc.).

Reliable Transportation :

Must travel to job sites.

Credentials :
